How does Autolockbox determine cust_shipto_acct_site_id populated on the claim(ozf_claims_all)

When AutoLockbox initiates claim creation for eligible remittances on the receipt, how does it populate cust_shipto_acct_site_id on the claim (ozf_claims_all)? We are struggling to figure how the Autolockbox/Quickcash process is determining which ship-to should it be assigning to the claims when the claim investigation records are being created in Trade Management. Any insight on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
