Is their any way to add Promised date column in PO approval notification Is this possible or not. Kindly suggest.

We have a requirement from client in which their senior purchasing buyer while approving the notification what is the promised date of the PO.

As every time they are going to summary and checking the same but it is taking lot of time for approval. As we have 15 buyers and 2 approvers each buyer is creating around 60 PO's a day.

Is their any other way we can suggest the client.
