Oracle Logistics (OTM) integration using OIC

My goal is to create a simple integration in OIC to expose Oracle Logistics (OTM/GTM CS) Transmission service as a SOAP/REST Service so that other third party systems can call it when needed.

These are the steps I followed for this developing this integration:

1) Downloaded the required WSDL and XSD's from Oracle Logistics environment.

2) In OIC, tried creating the connection in below two approaches but getting errors:

    Approach1: Using Logistic Adapter:

    When using logistic Adapter the connection is getting created successfully but when adding this connection to the Integration getting the below error:

    Error: “CASDK-0003 : Unable to parse the resource, {0}. Verify that URL is reachable, can be parsed and credentials if required are accurate”
