Sales Order Freight Charges Applicability

Hi,

If a Sales Order has 3 lines as below and the freight charge of $5 applied at Order Header level:-

Line 1 is having freight charge $10 and the line has been shipped on 10-Oct generating Invoice A

Line 2 is having freight charge $0 and the line has been shipped on 15-Oct generating Invoice B

Line 3 is having no charges and the line has been shipped on 20-Oct generating Invoice C

Which Invoice would use the order level freight charge and why?
