How to get cost for serial items ?

Dear All Experts,

We have a requirement that we need to issue the items through miscellaneous receipt form. Now by default if not entering any cost then system will issue items on average costing. But here we need to do some personalization and enter the cost for that specific serial no item which is entered through receiving via LCM cost factors.

So how to achieve this requirement please let me know. We know how to do the personzalition but needs to know from where we can get that serial no cost for perticular item along its LCM cost factors.
