False Alerts in OEM

Guys,

There has been false alerts from OEM for the Database availability, each database comes up with almost 6-7 alerts from database down to up status, we are using 13.0.2 OEM version, tried modifying dbsnmp profile with several combinations for failed login attempts, please let us know is this software version problem or with dbsnmp profile settings , has patching in OS can cause this errors?
