In the REQAPPRV, how can I hide the 'Approve and Forward' button?

We have issues with approvers selecting the Approve and Forward button instead of just the Approve button.  We would like to hide the Approve and Forward button but I cannot find in Personalizations how to do that.  Is this documented anywhere?  Can someone point me in the right direction please?
