Cost Detail Report shows wrong Ending Balance

Hi Experts,

I ran the below Cost Detail Report for a given Period, but the report shows wrong ending Balance.

Asset Original Cost: 1200

Adjustment: 100

Transfer from one Account to Other :X to Y

Now the Ending Balance should be 1300 but the report shows as Zero

Please find the below Screen Shot for your reference.

Can any one advise how the calculation formula for the Ending balance takes place
