Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

I've just started to implement & learn about using EM to monitor the health of my databases. I hope to get clarification on some things,

License, understand that EM13c has a restricted use license where only certain features are allowed to be use. Does anyone have the complete list on what is free & what features that I need license at?
What is the best practice when comes to monitoring database health using EM? What is the recommended metrics that I should be using?
Do I need license when I use BI to generate health check report to my target databases?
