How to change the LCM Costs after receiving of items into inventory?

Dear All Experts,

PO approved, then create the Shipment in LCM. Add fright cost factors in it. After completing of LCM cost factors, user enter receiving, inspection and delivery of items into inventory. Now user identifies that he need to do the following steps:

1) Add one more cost factors in existing shipment

2) Change one applied cost factors price from 100 to 200.

Kindly help me out in this requirement.
