Transfer order creation is trigering sales order integrity error messages in work centre and email.

Transfer order creation is triggering sales order integrity error messages in work center and email. I am able to replicate this when ever i create a Transfer order a bunch of mails and WC messages are triggered as below.

I have verified both ST and OT but couldn't find any significant integrity issue.

Can some one please help on this that what could be the cause and is there any work around to fix it temporarily.

Please let me know if you need any more details.
