Java 8 SE Licence Fee from 2019 for EBS Users

Hi - Thank you for your attention.   If this question should go to another space please can you move it ?

I am asking a general question that relates to Oracle Clients who use EBS Financials / Projects / Supply Chain etc, versions R11i + R12 and the announcement that Java 8 SE will incurr a licence fee from 2019 for Business / commercial use.

1.  My understanding is that a current valid EBS licence will cover the client for Java updates after 2019, even if the Client does not pay for a Support licence.
