How to install patch 27593263 to enable ACFS on SLES 12 SP3?

Hi,

I need to install patch 27593263 to patch two Oracle RAC database nodes using:

# opatchauto apply <UNZIPPED_PATCH_LOCATION>/27593263 -oh <oracle_home1_path> -ocmrf <ocm response file>

but I haven't ocm file and I can't create becouse file <ORACLE_HOME>/OPatch/ocm/bin/emocmrsp is missing.

How can I create ocm file?
