AAI hierarchy

When the system reads the AAIs - what is the hierarchy of the fields going from most detail to least detail?

For example - in the burden AAIs -   an instruction with a specific object and no PDBA (BF) appears to override an instruction with no object but a specific PDBA..

How do we know what hierarchy the system uses for the search order?

This is important information when the AAIs are complex...  thanks!
