Does the RSS Requestor Update any of the purchasing tables?

The Requestor in RSS is in F43E11.AREQ. When the requisition creates a PO through Requisition Expeditor, into what field is the requestor passed in base purchasing? I've checked F4311 and F4301 and I can't find it.
