AR Autolockbox

Hello,

I did some research but couldn't find any clear solutions for below processes. Your help will be appreciated.

1)  Is there a way to import Bank Charges through AutoLockbox? If not, is there any other way to write off the payment difference amount as Bank charges?

2)  Is it possible to import shortpays or overpayments through Lockbox?  If not, any other options available for this process through Lockbox?

3) Does Autolockbox support Debit and Credit memo creation like receipts?

Any configurations process documents will be helpful.
