Error while adding language to IP 17 installation

Hi,

I am trying to add new language to my already installed Siebel IP 18.4 installation. As per bookshelf, I uninstalled 18.4 patch and brought my installation back to 17.0.

After that I was able to add language pack to SES installation which contained gateway, siebel server and DB server. However when I am trying to add language pack to AI installation I am getting an error. The command I am using is

./runInstaller -silent -responseFile /home/oracle/Downloads/ai_addlang_unix.rsp -invPtrLoc /app/oraInventory/oraInst.loc

and error is

You have selected component(s) are not valid installed components for selected Oracle Home.  Select only already installed components in response file. OR No Components are selected in response file
