Chinese character display in .CSV output file When trying to extract BAT report

User is running application from fast path and then go to BAT extraction and download application and then user is clicking on BAT extraction and then provide data value and then automatically report runs once data entered..

Once report completed on the server and download BAT - .CSV output file. It showing some Chinese Character display in one column - (Column name -Project Name)

Here is the attached steps and output CSV having issue.. Can you please check and let me know how I can resolve this
