is the calculation method according to subjected document is compliant with standard STL method calculation?

when calculate manually as per standard depreciation (STL) calculator there is a difference of -14.7358904109597 difference when compared to Oracle assets calculation 73.63 vs 58.8941095890403 manual calculation
