R12.1.3 11.2..0.4db on 64bit SLES11 - 11g Db parameter locations for R12 clone

Currently running R12.1.3 11.2.0.4 db on 64bit SLES11. We had upgraded R12.1.3 10.2.0.5db on 32bit RHEL4 to R12.1.3 11.2.0.4 db on 64bit SLES11. To migrate from 32bit RHEL4 to 64bit SLES1, we used Note 471566.1 - Migrating Oracle E-Business Suite R12 from Linux 32-bit to Linux 64-bit.pdf .

Per Note  Note 471566.1, to  Migrate the Database Tier, we were to   follow Note  456347.1 Section 3: Migration Procedure- (Option Migrate Linux 32-bit database to Linux x86-64, =>  basically  Copy the database configuration files init.ora from source to target host, Start up the database in nomount mode , Recreate the database control files using the .trc file , r
