What is the best way to update F060116 and F08042?

Hi there,

We have above 3,000 Union employees setup with wrong F060116.HMCU. Since F060116/F08042 have table triggers, what is the best way to accomplish this task? We would like to update F060116.HMCU only and insert a record into F08042 for this change. Really appreciated for any thoughts or suggestions.
