bicontentserver java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi Guys,

Occasionally when I start BI Publisher up the bicontent(11.1.1) server component does not start.  When I try to startup from either the WebLogic Console or EM, I get java.lang.NullPointerException.  What's up with that?

Users are not complaining and I can still log into BI with no issues.  It just bugs me.  Can you give me some insight?  Any information you can provide would be appreciated.
