How to only get solaris 11.3 updates and packages when the repository has 11.3 and 11.4

We point to the oracle solaris package update repository to get our Solaris 11.3 package updates.  Recently it looks like oracle added the solaris 11.4 packages to their repository.  With the last "pkg update" it updated solaris to 11.4 without us realizing it (need to pay better attention....).  We have reverted back to an 11.3 BE, but I want to get only 11.3 package update from the repository and not 11.4.

What are the commands for only getting 11.3 package update (pkg update .......) and what would be the command to just get an single 11.3 package?  i.e. oracle-rdbms-server-12-1-preinstall

pkg list -af oracle-rdbms-server-12-1-preinstall

NAME (PUBLISHER)                                  VERSION                    IFO
