Database Service Upgradation failed on ODAX7-2S

My Customer has an ODAX7-2S with two SE installations on in. The DEV DB is db version 12.2.0.1, the TST DB is on 12.1.0.2.

Goal was to upgrade TST from 12.1.0.2 to 12.2.0.1.
Creating a new 12201 home was sucessfull but the upgrade of the TST DB run into an issue.
