We are setting up an HSA for 2019, does anyone have this that would be willing to share screen shots

We realize that we may have to have at least two DBA's for our HSA (2019 Annual limits = 3,500 if Single and $7,000 if Family); however, can the additional, 1,000 allowed fro employee aged 55+ in the year be set up using a Calculation Table?  We are using JDE World v.9.3.1
