Oracle EBS 12.2.5 - Assigning Serial Numbers on Shipping Transactions Screen when picking TO a diffe

Is it possible, when assigning a serial number on the Shipping Transactions screen after an auto-allocate and auto-pick confirm, to choose which subinventory you are choosing the serial number from?

Users would like to enter item Serial Numbers on the Shipping Transactions screen (they find the TMO process tedious). To accomplish this, my understanding is that I have to set their pick release rules up to auto-allocate and auto-pick confirm, and then they will be able to adjust the serial number on the Shipping Transactions Screen to the correct number. My issue, however, is that we are picking from Finished Goods to a LEASE (staging) subinventory during the pick release. So if I turn on auto-allocate and auto-pick confirm, then at the time of pick release, a random serial number
