Transactions-> Distributions-> Revenue Account LOV - cursor not defaulted to segment1 of Accounting

After upgrade to R12.1.3 the cursor defaults to a different segment of Accounting Keyflexfield. Navigation: Transactions->Distributions->Revenue Account LOV -> Accounting Flexfield ->cursor defaults to segment4 (Account) vs Segment1 (FUND) - how it is used to be in 11i  Any ideas? What controls the default?
