Restrict specific Chart Of Account segments from being used on requisition

Hello,

Has anyone come across a way to restrict specific Chart of Account segments, primarily CO and ACCT#s, from being used on requisitions?  These values need to remain active in EBS, however, restricted from being used on a requisition.
