ORDER OR LINE FAILED: You are not allowed to update Unit List Price because:Amendment denied

Hi,

I am using API to import sales order to Oracle. The API gives me this error "ORDER OR LINE FAILED: You are not allowed to update Unit List Price because:Amendment denied" . I am not passing any value in List Price,

Anyone knows how to rectify this
