Unable to use Asset number in OTBI analytics report r13, anyone else?

Hello,

I'm trying to build a simple report for FA business.

The delivered reports provide a lot of information but the business is looking to use a clean report that has the asset number, cost, net book value, deprecation amounts etc. in an easy way to download to excel.

They will use this for the monthly reconciliation process.

I've been having issues since we moved to r13 to get the asset number value to populate in OTBI.  I'm able to pull lots of other attributes, just not the asset number.  I have a feeling it is something simple, and I have tickets open with support but I'm not having any luck.
