Upgrade WLS versions to 12.2.1.3

Oracle has stopped PSU for below version of Weblogic. What is the procedure to upgrade/patch the below WLS versions to 12.2.1.3

12.1.1 No PSU is released for this version since July 2015.

12.1.2 No PSU is released for this version since April 2016.

12.2.1.0 No PSU is released for this version since April 2017.

12.2.1.1 No PSU is released for this version since October 2017.

12.2.1.2 Final CPU was released in July 2018.
