How to connect to Oracle Database running on Oracle Virtual Box?

Dear All,

How to connect to Oracle DB running on Oracle VirtuLal box( Insatlled CentOS) from  host (Windows is 10) preferably using Putty or SShI sometimes Work without internet connection and still connection works from putty  to VM In local machine?
