Hyperion Planning webform greyed out in both workspace and Smartview but working with Essbase Smartv

HI Gurus,

I am facing really a very strange thing to understand and digest and hence spending my time like hell number of hours but still no luck.

I have the Hyperion EPMA planning (11.12.4) Webform where it is allowing the users to input the data for the Current scenario. Now, am sure it is having all the Level 0 POV and user had been provided with the correct Write groups but however, that form is opening in all greyed out cells though we have the right POV with all Level0 members and user had the proper access.

While testing this scenario , I have noticed very strange thing is like the user for whom all the POV cells are grayed out for that webform are allowing from the Essbase SmartView connection which I do not understand.
