EBS 12.1.3 - How to load demand to Min-Max?

Hello all,

My client has a 3rd party system that maintains work orders with demands, coming from different departments.

The client also uses Min-Max quantities at the item level, and has a custom report with DBLINK to the 3rd party system in order to see the demand + the Min-Max levels, so the warehouse can decide what to order, manually.

Hence, they cannot utilize the standard Min-Max process in order to automatically generate demand, since there's no demand data in EBS.

Is there a way to load demand - that the seeded Min-Max process will see - without creating Sales Orders or Reservations?
