Recover Web center documents using file system

Hello,

Appreciate your support in this:

i want to to back up web center content so i will take a Database backup and a copy from the file system to save the documents,

the question is how to recover the file system if i loose some documents in the ucm server for example without using export and import Archiver,

i tried to paste the documents that is deleted in the same place but ucm didn't find them.
