Buy 50 carton one get one carton , the promo will end if the total Qty of Promo Item hit certain Q

Dear All,

I have promotion buy 50 item free 1 item, and the promotion will End if the total free item that we gave to customer hit certain quantity.

for example I only have 50 free item to give to the customer, but if the free item that have been issued already 50, the promotion will end automatically.

Can I implement this kind of promotion on Oracle EBS?

I really appreciate any suggestion.
