Multiple ILOM-8000-D8 on DIMM on T4-2

Hi,

few days back the server shut down unexpectedly and the service LED, cpu and mem LED all lit up.

We tried to power on the server but it hanged after check the memory.

We then removed the power cable to power cycle the server.

We cleared the fault and it is able to boot up.

Is there a serious problem with the hardware that requires replacement in this kind of error?

Seems like it is some soft errors which prevents the server from booting up.
