Sales Update Problem

Hi All,

My sales order having some issues to posting the sales update from 580/620 to 620/999.

Currently what we are doing is to execute the sales update report R42800 and see what's the error.

I got the following error, someone knows how can update my sales order and fix this error?

Subject       : Error: Record Invalid

CAUSE . . . .  The record being processed either already exists for an 'ADD'

function or does not exist for an 'INQUIRY', 'CHANGE' or

'DELETE' function.

RESOLUTION......If you are attempting to inquire, change or delete a record you

previously added, there may be data base problems in your production library.
