Oracle create too many files pstack_ocssd 32k size for each 5 second

Hi all.

I 've  issued with oracle 12.2.0.1 . I don't know why  Oracle create too many log file pstack_ocssd  32k size for each 5 second . so many files created and software mount point became full .
