Migrating ldoms to new server

At the moment, we provision storage LUNS for all disks inc OS on the ldom in question. (i.e. present to control domain, create vds-dev, assign to ldom etc).

We want to move two ldoms from one physcial server to another (may be T4 to T5).

Am I right in saying that all the vds-devs needs to be set up on new server but not disks etc or ldom?

Can then use the ldom migrate tool to migrate?
