Oracle EPM Book Point of View Member Selection Order

Has anyone dealt with this before? Where the order that I select members in the Book Point of View is not the same order that is generated by the book.  I am using on-prem EPM 11.1.2.4. When I edit the Book Point of View in the Entity dimension for a report and select for example: Entity 1, Entity 2, the book outputs Entity 2 first and then Entity 1.  It seem to be based on the generation level.  It doesn't matter whether I use an Essbase connection or a Planning connection and it only occurs in the Entity dimension.  Any insight is appreciated.
