Hi,

After an upgrade from rdbms 11.2.0.4 to 12.1 and also after moving from Solaris to Linux (export/import) we have a problem when we run some of our CM jobs.

We get this error:

with SQLERRM: ORA-20001: SQL_PLSQL_ERROR: N, ROUTINE, HR_SIGNON.INITIALIZE_HR_SECURITY, N, ERRNO, -1031, N, REASON, ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Attached is the log file from one of the concurrent program.

Can you please help us resolve the issue ?
