popup LOV not working

Hi,

I am trying to create a master with two sub-regions page, which allows update of master and create/update of sub-regions.

I have one item in the second sub-region, which i want to make as popup LOV, but when i set the ite Type as "popup LOV" the item is just displayed as test item and no button to click for value.

but when i change the Type to "select list", the item does show button to click for drop-down list

i have created similar page in another application, where the popup LOV is working fine, any ideas why it's not working in first application?
