MS Project Plan for Upgrading to R12.1 to R12.2 and number of test cycles

I would greatly appreciate it if someone out there could share their Microsoft Project Plan for upgrading from R12.1 to R12.2 along with how many test cycles they did or are planning on doing before actual implementation. 

I understand that the plan will need to be modified to what we need, I just have management that is new to Oracle EBS upgrades and think that our timeline is wrong or that we are missing something important that needs to be put into the project plan.
