Pricing and Availability: Item Availability ORA-01403 No Data Found error

Hi Team,

Version: R12 EBS

When we query an item in the Pricing and Availability window for an org, we get the data populated in all the tabs except Item availability.

When we switch to this tab, we get ORA-01403 No Data Found

Can someone explain me why we get this error as this error pops up for all items? Could be, we are missing a set up.

What details will be populated in this tab and how can it be useful or different from the On-Hand Availability in Inventory?
