R41543 - Item Ledger to GL Integrity Report

Hi All,

I am working on one of the client and found very strange issue while working on R41543 - Item Ledger to GL Integrity. 

How the 1 document can be a part of this Integrity when Item Ledger and GL is in Sink . . . Please refer the attached document.  where there is no variance.

Can you please help me to know -

1. Why it is showing as descrepancy in R41543? is there any bug? Any SAR/ESU to be applied?

2. How this can be removed from Integrity Report
