Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC)

While using Oracle OSM,for some orders if the process history is clicked instead of opening the same

The issue is not for all orders,it is only for some and no particular pattern found. The orders are also present in the DB.But while opening the process history the Internal Server error page is coming.Can anyone help why is this issue?
