Bank Rounting (fractional numer) available in World A9.3 but can't find in E1 9.2

P0030G in World A9.3 still has the Bank Routing number as well as the Bank Transit and Bank Account ID fields.  Where can I find the Bank Routing Number in E1 9.2?

This Fraction Number needs to be placed on the top right hand corner of the check itself,
