2018-10-30 17:39:01  ERROR   OGG-01557  OLE DB Error: Cannot open data source. Error code 0x80040154 Detail: OLE DB: GetDataSource.

The data source is using the MSODBC13 driver, connects perfectly interactively. The replicat just doesn't have the ability to use the data source. Any ideas? Oracle Support is clueless.
