CTI toolbar message not displaying as expected

Hi,

We are working with Genesys Gplus drivers for our Siebel CTI telephony.

We are trying to understand how the message is displayed within the toolbar (highlighted within the attachment) as the expected text is not displayed.

As per our understanding this should display particular KV values being sent from Genesys.
